He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master of Technology degree in Production Engineering, an MBA in International Business and a Doctorate (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering. He has nearly three decades of experience in ship building and ship repair including design, inspection &amp; quality control, production, procurement, planning &amp; project management.
